Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
No.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
Applications are accepted for specific apartments which means you are applying for the apartment you want. Our pricing is market-based so you do get the opportunity to "hold" a unit and the monthly rent rate will reflect accordingly
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Yes, deposits vary on bedroom count and screening results. Deposits are refundable less any fees associated with damages, cleaning, outstanding balances, etc.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Yes, for those who qualify
Are utilities inlcuded?
High-speed internet and a membership to Full Strength Fitness is included in rent
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
No.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
8-5 Mon-Fri
What are the hours for the fitness center?
24/7 secure key-fob access
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
Everyday 10am-9pm. Pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day

Is the apartment set up for working remotely?
High-speed internet is included in every apartment with guest Wifi throughout the common-area amenities
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Internet is included and requires a router provided by tenants to utilize. An account is set up through ICS and set up involves only plugging the router into the wall
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
We utilize a Luxer One system with packages stored securely in our Package Room. You can also request that your packages be delivered to your door directly from the carriers
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
No.
Are concierge services available?
No. Leasing office is open Mon-Fri 8-5 for any questions.
What is the parking situation?
Off-street parking is available and open to residents and their guests. Garage options are available for an additional cost.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes, we have a dog park and plenty of running space
What schools are in the area?
We are located in Johnson School District, .5 miles from Johnston High School and minutes away from Elementary and Middle Schools. We also have multiple daycares and preschools with walking distance
How far is it to the nearest airport or train station?
We are about 20 miles from the Des Moines International Airport and about 15 miles from Ankeny Regional Airport
Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?
We are located close to DART bus routes with transportation offered into the city of Des Moines
How walkable/bikable is the community.
As of this writing, Johnston has a 61/100 walkability score and 45/100 bikeable score. Progress is being made every year to develop new 10ft sidewalks and connecting trails to trails that run through the Des Moines Metro
Are the apartments furnished?
No but options/companies are available for furnishing
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes.
When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?
Buildings were built in phases starting in 2009/2010 and being complete in 2015
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
Wood-style flooring through the main areas, tile throughout wet areas and carpet in the bedrooms
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
Depending on the floor plan, there are options of just a tub or having both
What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?
Black, modern appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) and chrome sink finishes as well as garbage disposals
Do kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?
Yes.
Do apartments have dishwashers?
Yes.
Does the apartment come with a microwave?
